In Genesis 1:26-27, God created man “in his own image”. This is further described in Genesis 2:7-8&15-25. In Genesis 3, Eve is deceived, Adam willingly partakes, and both are thrown out of the garden. Adam was not deceived; this is clearly stated in 1 Timothy 2:13-13. Romans 5 puts blame on Adam’s disobedience as the cause for man’s sin. 1 Timothy 3:1-13 gives the requirements for being a bishop or deacon. Joshua 1:8 commands God’s people to meditate on his word day and night. Again in 2 Timothy 2:14-18, Timothy is told to study so that he can be approved by God. The Spirit and the flesh are two different path one can choose, stated in Galatians 5:16-17.
The Bible is full of man’s freedom of choice and will. God wishes to be with those who wish to be with him.
A little story I’d like to reference:
What should you do? Who should you be? Why are you asking me? A man decides for himself what he will do and who he will be. He is not enslaved to another’s puny imagination.
The masculine man has the strength and determination to make choices and decisions on his own, for himself. He also has the commitment to follow through with those choices and decisions.
The way of the masculine man is a powerful one.
Feminism was never about freedom, it was about destroying society and family from within. Enslaving people in a living death.
Destroying the nurturing structure that growing children needs produces a generation that cannot function in a society of rules and order. The rules become chains, and to break those chains means even less freedom. The children who grow up in this environment are even less functional in society. A never ending downward spiral. Those who do procreate outside of this cycle suck everyone connected to them down into the abyss as well.
Feminism is death to the human soul.
There is a show called “Stargate SG-1“. It is the story of a unit called SG-1 within a secret government installation called “Stargate Command“. Stargate Command, or SGC, houses a large ring called a Stargate. The Stargate allows objects, and people, to travel to other planets that also have a Stargate.
Now out in the galaxy, there is a creature that can take over sentient beings and control them; they are called the Goa’uld. The Goa’uld have set themselves up as gods and have enslaved numerous worlds and peoples. The ones who make up their army are called Jaffa. The Jaffa are also enslaved to the Goa’uld in their own way.
On one mission, SG-1 goes to a planet and is helped by the right-hand man of one of these false gods. His name is Teal’c. Teal’c is invited to return with SG-1 and soon becomes an integral part of the team. Later, when other Jaffa turn from the false gods, their saying is very enlightening:
I die free.
Those who believe and are saved by God’s word are free from sin and death (Romans 8:1-3). God will free those who turn away from the false gods of this world and allow them to make the choice to serve him, or return to the bondage of sin.
